Workflow Management Coalition


Annual Membership Fee for 12 months until the anniversary of the date of joined.  Applicants for membership are required to read our Document of Understanding and indicating acceptance of our conditions of membership by faxing back the completed form, or submitting online the application form below.

Full Membership ($3500)

Full membership is designed for software vendors and consultants engaged in the development and delivery of BPM and workflow solutions. Full Membership is required to hold any elected Coalition office, and provides the highest level of benefit for participation in the WfMC

All employees worldwide are welcome to attend all meetings, and will be permitted access to the Members Only area of our web site.View Benefits grid.

Associate Membership ($1500)

Associate Membership is limited to organizations not engaged in selling workflow or BPM software, and is designed for end user firms and academic institutions.  View Benefits grid for details.

Academic Membership ($1500)
Same as Associate Membership but limited to university or college.  View Benefits grid for details.

Individual Membership ($500).

Individual membership is held in one person's name only, is not a corporate membership, and is not transferable within the company.  View Benefits grid for details.

Visitors to WfMC Meetings ($100 per day)
We welcome visitors at our meetings; it is an excellent opportunity for you to observe first hand the process of creating standards and to network with members of the Coalition. Your role will be as an observer only, and you are not eligible for a password, or for special offers available to WfMC members. You must pre-register and prepay your Visitor attendance fee. If you decide to join WfMC within 30 days of the meeting, your membership dues will be credited with your visitor fee. Please complete our form below with your credit card details and we will reserve a seat for you. You must also register separately to attend the meeting. See EVENTS for a list of upcoming meetings.

To combat Internet fraud and ensure smooth service for our members we manually validate all applications. Although we try to have applications processed within a few hours of being received, from time to time applications may take up to 24 hours to confirm - particularly on weekends and holidays.
