The Workflow Management Coalition is in the process of
establishing an external Conformance Test Center. This will provide independent
verification of the conformance of vendors products to the WfMC Interface
Specifications. Members interested in participating in working out the details
of the certification scripts should join the Conformance Forum.

The discussion of technical and organizational issues relating
to standards conformance has been moved to a web-based forum, kindly hosted
by Dr. Michael zur Muehlen. Access the forum at www.workflow-research.de/Forums.
Once you register for the forum, send an email to mzurmuehlen@stevens.edu
and Michael will immediately add you to the group WfMC Members, which gives
you full access right to the members-only discussion groups.
The work of the Coalition at this point is focused on definition
of standards rather than widespread testing of products claiming conformance.
The conformance guidelines are still in progress, thus at this time, no products
have been demonstrated to meet all the baseline functionality of the specification.
The Coalition will maintain a register of products that have demonstrated conformance
to the satisfaction of the Workflow Management Coalition.
